Renewal of Re-Entry Permit
Get guidance on renewing your Re-Entry Permit via ICA’s e-REP service or the Embassy, including key requirements and notices.

For renewal, please submit your application at least 2 months before the expiry of the Re-Entry Permit. Upon the expiry of Re-Entry Permit, you will cease to be a Singapore Permanent Resident.
If you wish to renew your Re-Entry Permit, please visit the website of the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at http://www.ica.gov.sg.
Singapore Permanent Residents can apply or renew their Re-Entry Permit online through the e-REP service available at ICA website. However, a SingPass Account must be used to access the service. For more details on application for SingPass, please visit http://www.singpass.gov.sg.
Please note that with the introduction of e-REP, ICA will cease the practice of stamping the REP in the passport. Instead, an electronic Re-Entry Permit will be issued.
If you wish to submit your application through the Embassy, please appear in person with the required supporting documents (see details at ICA website) and complete the application form available at the Embassy.

4 - 6 weeks
