INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ):
PROVISION OF GERMAN LANGUAGE TUITION IN BERLIN FOR AN OFFICER OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, invites interested and qualified language schools to submit their offers for the above services.
Interested language schools are requested to contact the Embassy in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg to receive the ITQ documents (including the Requirement Specifications).
Interested language schools may submit their bids only in soft copies in pdf non-editable format via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted.
The Schedule of ITQ and the Award Notice will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
