ITQ - PROCUREMENT OF AN OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN

Interested vehicle manufacturers are requested to contact the Embassy for issuance of the ITQ documents and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

Submission of Quotation and ITQ Period

Interested vendors may submit their bid proposals together with all supporting documents in English and only in softcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as hard copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.

Please ensure that all ITQ documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in softcopy format (pdf) to Berlin Procurement, no later than 1700 hours on 13 November 2026.

ITQ Opening Date: Thursday, 1 October 2026

ITQ Closing Date: Friday, 13 November 2026 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)

The Schedule of ITQ and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITQ and after an award has been made.
