INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT): PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN


The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified cleaning companies to submit their tender offers for procurement of professional cleaning services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin.


Interested cleaning companies are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the Health Declaration Form in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.


Please note that the survey/briefing on-site and the issuance of ITT documents can only be arranged after the submission of the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the signed Health Declaration Form to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg. 


Interested cleaning companies may submit their tender offers only in hardcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted.


Site Survey/Briefing:


This survey/briefing is compulsory. 


Available time slot will be given upon request on:


Friday, 12 June 2020 (between 10:00 -13:00 hours or 14:00 -17:00 hours)


or 


Friday, 19 June 2020 (between 10:00 -13:00 hours or 14:00 – 17:00 hours)



All related ITT documents will be provided during the on-site survey/briefing to any cleaning companies who wish to participate in this exercise.


Please note that the Embassy will take the following preventive measures due to the current COVID-19 situation:


  1. All visitors will undergo temperature screening at the guardhouse before entering the Embassy premises.  The Embassy has the discretion to refuse entry to any visitor who is deemed to be unwell. 

  2. All participants attending the on-site survey and briefing have to bring and wear their own mask at all times inside the building.


Tender Period:


 ITT Opening Date: Wednesday, 3 June 2020


ITT Closing Date: Tuesday, 14 July 2020 at 17:00 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)


The Schedule of Tender and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after an award has been made.
