ITT - PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CARETAKER SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE (INCL. WINTER SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS) IN BERLIN AND FOR THE RESIDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE (INCL. WINTER SERVICES) IN BERLIN-DAHLEM

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified companies to submit their offers for the above-mentioned procurement exercise.

 

Request and Submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Interested companies are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.


Please note that the site surveys as well as the issuance of the ITT documents can only be arranged after a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a copy of the identification card (ID) of your company’s appointed officers who will attend the briefing session, have been submitted to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

 

Site Survey and Collection of Tender Documents

An appointment for site survey for each of the two objects will be arranged individually with interested companies. These site surveys are compulsory. Interested vendors are required to attend one tender briefing session at the Embassy as well as one tender briefing session at the Residence. Companies who do not participate in the site surveys for both objects will be disqualified from consideration. All relevant ITT documents will be provided during the on-site survey to any company who wishes to participate in this exercise. The schedule is as follows:  


i) Survey on-site and briefing at the Embassy:

  • 26 June 2025 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)

or

  • 10 July 2025 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)


ii) Survey on-site and briefing at the Residence:

  • 27 June 2025 (Time: 1400 hours -1700 hours)

or

  • 11 July 2025 (Time: 1400 hours -1700 hours)

 

Submission of Tender Bids and Tender Period

Interested companies may submit their bids together with all supporting documents in English and only in hardcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.


Please ensure that all tender documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in person or by post to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore, Voßstraße 17, 10117 Berlin with a remark on the envelope: Attention to Admin Secretary “BER-ITT-02/2025”, no later than 1700 hours on 15 August 2025.


ITT Opening Date: 20 June 2025


ITT Closing Date: 15 August 2025 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)


The Schedule of Tender and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after an award has been made.
