ITT - PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN, GERMANY

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified companies offering professional security guard services to submit their offers for the above-mentioned tender.

Request and Submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Interested companies are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

Please note that before an appointment for collection of the tender documents and briefing session can be made, a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a copy of the identification card (ID) of your company's appointed officers who will attend the briefing session, shall be submitted to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

Briefing Session and Collection of Tender Documents:

In view of the COVID situation, an appointment for a briefing session will be arranged individually with the interested companies. Please note that this site survey is compulsory.  All related ITT documents will be provided during the survey on-site to any companies who wish to participate in this exercise. Companies who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration. 

The briefing session will be conducted as follows:

(a)        Friday, 1 October 2021 (Time: 10:00 -13:00 hours)

(b)       Friday, 15 October 2021 (Time: 10:00 -13:00 hours)

(c)        Friday, 29 October 2021 ( Time: 10:00 -13:00 hours)

Submission of Tender bids and Tender Period:

Interested companies may submit their bids  together with all supporting documents in English language and only in hardcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents from the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German language.

Please ensure that all tender documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in person or by post to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore, Voßstr. 17, 10117 Berlin with a remark on the envelope: Attention to Admin Secretary "BER-ITT-01/2021", no later than 1700 hours on 15 November 2021.

ITT Opening Date: Wednesday, 15 September 2021

ITT Closing Date: Monday, 15 November 2021 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)

The Schedule of Tender and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after an award has been made.
