PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BERLIN

The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Berlin invites interested and qualified companies to submit their offers for the above-mentioned procurement exercise.

Request and Submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Interested vendors are requested to contact the Embassy for the issuance of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in writing via Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

Please note that the site surveys as well as the issuance of the ITT documents can only be arranged after a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a copy of the identification card (ID) of your company’s appointed officers who will attend the briefing session, have been submitted to Berlin_Procurement@mfa.sg.

Site Survey and Collection of Tender Documents

An appointment for a site survey will be arranged individually with interested companies. Please note that this site survey is compulsory. All relevant ITT documents will be provided during the on-site survey to any vendor who wishes to participate in this exercise. Vendors who do not participate in the site survey will be disqualified from consideration.

Please note that each company only needs to attend one site survey, which can be arranged on one of the following dates/times:

Survey on-site at the Embassy:

·        Thursday, 11 May 2023 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)

·        Thursday, 18 May 2023 (Time: 1000 hours -1300 hours)

Submission of Tender Bids and Tender Period

Interested vendors may submit their bid proposals together with all supporting documents in English and only in hardcopy format. Other modes of submission, such as soft copies, will not be accepted. In addition, only supporting documents issued by the German authorities can be submitted and accepted in German.

Please ensure that all tender documents are fully completed and signed before you submit them in person or by post to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore, Voßstraße 17, 10117 Berlin with a remark on the envelope: Attention to Admin Secretary “BER-ITT-02/2023”, no later than 1700 hours on 31 May 2023.

ITT Opening Date: 24 April 2023

ITT Closing Date: 31 May 2023 at 1700 hours (Local Time Berlin, Germany)

The Schedule of Tender and the Notice of Award will be published on the Embassy's notice board after the closing date of the ITT and after an award has been made.
